Strategy – Product Evaluation – Target Group Evaluation – Lean Design. 48HOURS is a new, innovative business model in the travel field we identified together with our customer, validated and implemented. The outcome are recommendations for spontaneous weekend trips based on personal interests, which can be booked short-term and cost-reduced.
Transfer of an excisting offline business model in the hotel and accommondation industry to a successful online business model with the goal to tap and evaluate a younger target group.
It was great to work iteratively hand in hand with the customer and to get closer to an optimal solution by an MVP. Following Design Thinking approaches, we were able to to work user focused and test driven and launch a successful new product.
