New Member of the Team: Marie-Nadège Jaussi, Service Designer

1. How did you end up at DPM?

After being responsible for client transformations in my former position, I realized that it was time to make changes for myself. I didn't have to look far, as three people from my environment are happily employed at DPM. The positive and collegial vibes arrived at me even before looking through the job postings, and it felt like destiny when there was an opening.

2. What was your career plan after school and have you stayed true to it?

The universe has been good to me. Although I never had this one big career plan for my life, I ended up doing what I enjoy and seem to be good at in a working environment that fits my strengths and personality. Working in a creative and fast-paced industry that shapes the future of work and society, gives me the power to design my environment according to my personal needs.

3. Can you tell us a little bit about your first days working at DPM?

The day I arrived, was a day full of creativity and appreciation. A functioning hustle and bustle, everyone proactive in their contributing role with exceptional output. It was Awesome Friday - a day where everyone can pursue their projects and personal development. In the following days, I have experienced a friendly team, great teamwork and an open-minded feedback culture.

4. How do you balance work with your personal life?

I love the outdoors, so I always try to spend as much time outside as possible. No matter what the weather is like, my dog and I are always looking for the next adventure to jazz up our daily walks. Making my private life varied and conscious gives me the best balance to the office and desk life.

5. What makes DPM different from other companies?

I think having clear and embraced values form the base for harmonious cooperation and a strong team spirit. We are direct and honest because we want to get the best out of ourselves and generate the greatest impact for the company. The common goal is reflected in the quality of our work as well as in the good relationships we have with our colleagues, partners, and clients.
